|Recommended: YesWe love it here! — That the management and maintenance staff are great. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. And if there are ever any problems...the maintenance guys are right there to fix it, no problem. That's what I like most about living here. That and they keep the grounds looking so nice.

|Recommended: YesI love the staff and my apartment but my new neighbors are awful. — The apartments are big. The maintenance is outstanding. The grounds are clean. The staff is wonderful. My only issue with living here is the new batch of people moving in to the apartments this year. My new neighbors are just horrible. They are not considerate and do not abide by the apartment's guidelines/rules. I am considering moving from these apartments after 6+ years of living here.
|Recommended: YesI've been here for 7 years...I love this place! — I would tell them how convenient it is that if you have some kind of maintenance problem, all it takes is one phone call to the management office, and the problem is usually fixed within a matter of hours. I can't tell you how convenient that is.

|Recommended: YesI love this community — It's like being surrounded by family. The leasing office staff knows who I am and I know who they are. It is great that we have two park, two pools. The gym and the club house are nice also.
|Recommended: YesI wouldn't want to live anywhere else! — The community itself if wonderful and peaceful. The maintenance dept is very helpful, courteous, and quick to respond. Overall, its a great place to live. Might get a disruptive neighbor from time to time, but the staff usually responds to your complaints. The staff is very friendly, especially Ms Rhoda.
One suggestion: designating spaces just for visitors.
